Tasks and responsibilities
- Data analysis across multiple silos and platforms
- Building, explaining and analyzing dashboards across multiple platforms
- Provide insight into market trends, affinities and purchasing behaviour
- Develop predictive models using both first- and third-party data
Profile
- Affinity for data and understand both the operational impacts and the marketing uses of the data.
- Experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience in Marketing Automation Reporting (Eloqua, Pardot, …)
- Experience in Offline and Multi-Channel Marketing
- Experience in Web analytics (Google, Adobe)
- Experience in BI required (Oracle and/or Microsoft)
- Team player, problem-solving experience and ability to resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Customer-centric mindset & attitude
- English (very good)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience involving data analysis at a marketing and operational level
